We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a smooth and convenient experience. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which you may request a refund.

  • We cannot guarantee that the publisher will accept your primary choice in URL, especially for promotional URLs. No refunds or replacements will be issued relative to the URL. Please provide an informational URL as an alternate option.
  • We cannot guarantee that your primary choice in anchor text will be used. No refunds or replacements will be issued relative to anchor text.
  • We cannot guarantee indexation for any link that we build. No refunds or replacements will be issued if a page your link is placed on does not show up in the results of a particular search engine.
  • We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made after the content has been published. Once an article is live, in most cases it cannot be edited or modified. However, should there be an error, (e.g. misspelled anchor text), we will make every effort within our means to rectify it.
  • If you have chosen/approved the site for your link placement, we naturally assume that you have reviewed the site and are happy with your choice. No refunds or replacements will be issued for changes of heart after the fact.While we regularly check each site we work with, please do your own due diligence before selecting/approving domains for your order.

 

Eligibility for reimbursement

1. Service Guarantee:

We offer a service guarantee for all of our guest posts and backlink usage. If we are unable to deliver the promised service set out in our contract, you are entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Refund Request:

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the date of service. Requests submitted after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Return of Information

1. Failure to provide service:

If the guest post or backlink is not delivered within the specified time due to an error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Quality issues:

If delivered goods do not meet approved quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. First, let’s try to solve the problem through research. If the problem cannot be resolved, partial or full payment may be made.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellation: Client-Initiated Cancellation.

If you choose to cancel the service upon commencement of work but before delivery, a partial refund may be agreed upon. The amount will be determined based on work completed to termination.

4. No refunds for completed services:

If a guest post or backlink is successfully posted and submitted, no refund will be made unless there are quality issues as stated above.

 

Refund Process

1. Submit Request:

If you need to request a refund, please contact us via email or reach out directly through our refund form below (you must have to login with your ID). To ensure a smooth process, include your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant details. Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any issues you may have and appreciate your understanding.

2. Payment Method:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. For payments made via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For payments made via Stripe, the refund will be credited back to your credit/debit card or bank account associated with the transaction.

3. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. However, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

 

Chargebacks and Disputes

We believe in talking and want to fix any problems you might have. Before you ask your bank to reverse a charge or start a dispute, we’d like you to reach out to our help team so we can sort things out.

Note: We’ll fight against chargebacks that aren’t allowed, and we might end our deal with you or even go to court if we have to.
