No Refund in the Following Cases

• Publisher Shutdown: Refunds cannot be provided for backlinks placed on websites that have ceased operations and shut down. The decisions of our partner publishers are beyond our control.
• Legal Issues: Refunds will not be granted if a publisher receives a legal notice concerning content or promotions claimed in a backlink. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Technical Performance: We do not assume responsibility for the technical performance of partner websites where backlinks are placed. This encompasses aspects such as website availability, loading speed, hyperlink functionality, search engine indexing, and content layout and style.

Refund Requests During the Purchase Process

Refund requests initiated during the backlink purchase process will be declined once the backlink placement has been executed. We advise thorough review of the website and provided details prior to finalizing your purchase.

Refund Processing Time

• Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your card statement.
• PayPal Refunds: Refunded funds will immediately appear in your PayPal account upon processing. The availability of funds may vary based on your initial payment method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds to alternative accounts.
